X-axis

• Travel: 1000mm,
• Double rectangular sliding guide rails, rails surface quenching treatment, HRC48-52 hardness.
• Adopts servo motor driving rack and pinions trough servo reducer.
• There is retractable stainless steel guard on the guide rails.
• While drilling processing, the X-axis will be locked by hydraulic system.

Y-axis

• Travel: 1000mm,
• Double rectangular sliding guide rails, rails surface quenching,treatment treatment, HRC48-52 hardness.
• Adopts servo motor driving rack and pinions trough servo reducer.
• While drilling processing, the Y-axis will be locked automatically by hydraulic system.
• The CNC system is fixed on the carrier of the Y-axis. Going up and down with it.

Z-axis

• Travel 1000mm,
• Heavy duty roller linear guide rails,
• Adopts servo motor driving rack and pinions trough servo reducer.

T-slot worktable

• Size: 6500×1500mm,
• slot Width 28mm,
• Fixed on the foundation.

Drill box
(Main spindle box)

• Servo motor drives the main spindle rotating after reducing speed. Rotary speed is adjustable(stepless).
• Main motor power: 18.5Kw.
• Main motor Max. Rotary speed 2000r/min.
• Gundriling and BTA drilling share the same main spindle.

Drill bar rest

• 1 group, supporting the drill bar.

Guiding frame

• Gundrilling and BTA drilling share with it.
• When gundrilling processing the frame is used for chips removing, when BTA processing, the frame can supply oil for the tooling.
• The guiding frame is automatically tight and loosing the workpiece, through the hydraulic system controlling.

Coolant system

• Consist of dirty oil tank, clean oil tank, chain plate chips conveyor, paper belt filter device, 1 group frequency pump, 1 group quantitative pump, oil chiller.
