TG2125x6000mm deep hole scraping rolling machine is applicable for machining cylindrical deep-hole work-pieces, various types of mechanic hydraulic oil cylinders, cylindrical through-holes and blind-holes and stepped holes. The machine is mainly used for bore and roll machining. The machine adopts the boring technique of immoveable work-piece and rotating boring tool. Front-row scraping is adopted for boring. The boring way is push boring, oil feeding by oil feeder and headstock chip removal. Rolling is post-tensioning rolling. A high-speed scraping/boring rolling head is applied, capable of machining oil cylinders highly efficiently. The traditional technology of boring and honing machining oil cylinder is changed, with 8 to 10 times of the production efficiency of traditional technology. One ∮80 oil cylinder with a length of 6000mm can be produced every 8 minutes.
The machine body is manufactured with high-quality cast iron, with a high rigidity. The main shaft adopts a 30KW ac servo drive, with a wide scope of speed adjustment and a large torque. The feeding system adopts a 5.5KW ac servo motor drive, capable of meeting various deep-hole machining technical requirements. The fastening work-piece of oil feeder adopts a hydraulic device for tight propping. The electrical system adopts Taiwan Delta PLC centralized control, and the display is TFT color touch screen LCD display, flexible to control, safe and reliable. This can not only adapt to large-batch production but also small-batch single-piece production.
