ZKB2103b deep hole drilling machine (gun drilling machine) is improved basing on the ZSK2102, the platform can load heavy workpiece, this deep hole drilling machine (gun drilling machine) work with middle heavy (below 20tons) workpiece and heavy (below 40tons) workpiece.

Features of Deep Hole Drilling Machine (Gun Drilling Machine)

Equipped with SIEMENS-PRECION 01 CNC system, and the FANUC Oi mate-TC system or KND system, can be provided on customers' order.

Driven by A.C servo motor, transmitted by ball screw.

Adopting guideway conglutinated plastic, smooth running in low speed, without creeping.

Spindle of drilling box is driven by vary speed motor, stepless.

Spindle bearing and guideway surface adopt automatic intermittent lubrication.

High-pressure coolant is supplied by varyspeed motor-driving gear pump.

Equipped with flat chain type automatic chip conveyor.
